Through the matchmaking system, players of similar skill levels are paired on a randomly selected map. These maps are intricately designed and finely balanced for competitive play. Ranked games not only earn players HeXp, but also count towards completing quests. Keep in mind that the outcome of a ranked game directly affects your ranking, ensuring that players of comparable skill levels face off against each other.

HeXp will be used for various features that will be implemented and revealed at a later stage. Currently Vulcan Forged Players will be rewarded with MyForge XP equal to HeXp and rewarded with LAVA. More info on Play To Earn.

By taking part in a season you can win units and/or prize money. Some seasons will be free to play, while others will require you to own a full army. Duration of the seasons can vary. Specific conditions and rewards will be announced for each season.

Players have the autonomy to host games and optionally secure them with a password. This mode offers a more relaxed gaming experience, allowing players to select from a variety of pre-made maps, including their own creations. Players also have the option to disable the timer. It's important to note that custom games do not contribute to HeXP or quest rewards. Wins or losses in custom games do not impact your rank score or leaderboard standing.
